This is a *great* idea, but why stop with just any old programmers?  Instead,
we could restrict the membership to programmers who have written programs
rated 2400 or above.  No, no, wait, let's restrict it to programs rated 2500
or higher.  Or even, better, let's restrict it to programmers that have
written programs rated 2600 (do I hear 2700?) or above.  Or how about
programs that have played Kasparov, or programs that have played Kasparov and
beaten him!!  That would *definitely* reduce the bandwidth.  Of course, these
guys *never* share any real secrets, but what the heck the bandwidth would be
incredibly low.

Why, the possibilities are simply endless!!

*sarcasm off*

Seriously, as one of the programmers you mention, I find CCC a much better
place to visit because of the contributions of the non-programmers.
