Hi Steve,

You are right stability could become an issue if an individual host the server,
my proposal is to make this system higly remotely administable via a web
interface, so we could have more than one administrator. I don't offer to host
it myself, since I don't have any good computer to dedicate nor did I have a
commercial connection to the internet. What I offer is to implement this kind of
server (just in case) if I have any hope that it would be used as an
alternative.

Maybe peopele here would prefer web based forum like what Andrei (an other)
proposed.

This is what I want to know.
