Actually, it may never be enough. Recently when testing an experimental version
of my engine, after the first 40-45 games the result was indicating 70 elo
increase, imagine how happy I was (I really thunk that could be possible as I
really thunk I made something better), but after playing 124 games the rating
kept getting down and the exp version later had only 16 rating points more than
the other, and who knows if it is already stable or not.

If I had the money to spend and I were to bet here I would bet for Wizard v2, of
course, but a moderate amount. If I were given $1.000 dollars, I would bet $400
for double or nothing (all the rest I keep for me right away, one has to be
co..safe.)
