I'm glad you think so ;>)  My database shows that Korchnoi has a winning record
against Yassy at LTC (excluding rapid games).

Also,  Korchnoi was near his best in the 60's and 70's - not the 80's.

Seirawan is a maybe a top 50 for his time period.  Best player ever not to win a
world champion - he is not in the running.  It is alright to be a big Yassy fan
- I like him a lot,  I like his books, I like his analysis, I like his TV
commentary.  I met him Philadelphia when he did Kasparov- Deep Blue I in 1996 as
one of the Emcees.  Great great person to talk to in person,  extremly
personable - I can see why you like him.

But he is simply not the best player never to win the WC and he would be the
first to admit it.
