Under CM9-GUI just load a PGN-file and choose
Mentor Lines (Ctrl+M)

P.S. Additional remark:
I forgot to mention that you should adjust the desired
hashtable size in the user file ini, at me found under
C:\Eigene Dateien\Chessmaster 9000\Users\Utzinger\Utzinger.ini
[mentor]
ttable_size=32
MaxBestLines=1
