I think that if one could lock out the engine during a net game would alliviate the cheating problem (human games, ChessVision does it already), unless there was a comp/comp game or observing a game. It would be great to observe GM games with comp analysis without having to change windows. Besides, people cheat already. There are great benefits to integrating a great program with an telnet interface. 1. Being able to analyze a former game while playing a current one online in one program. 2. Not having to convert from PGN to whatever the program's format is. 3. Using a GUI one is familiar and comfortable with. 4. Checking out analysis while observing GM games without changing windows. 5. Having your games, both your online and computer games in one file without merging and converting
