Hmm, I'm not sure I would agree. Show of hands, anyone? For the record, Schola
does not increment the percentage on a hash hit since, by definition, this is a
measure of move ordering and you haven't made any moves with a hash hit. Of
course, the hope is that you'll cutoff at the ply above with the hash hit you're
returning and, hopefully, that that was the first move at that ply.

I toyed around with ETC (enhanced transposition cutoff) for a while and I wasn't
sure then whether to increment the %ages when going through that code. In the
end I found that ETC wasn't a clear-cut improvement and dropped it so the point
became moot.
