Yes Nimzo can run as an engine in the Junior 5 or Fritz 5.32 GUI. However, how can you get the engine unless you buy the whole Nimzo 99 version? From the results of games listed it seems that Nimzo 99 is not a very strong engine as compared to Nimzo 98. Perhaps that is why Nimzo 99 is not in the SSDF list.
