Subject: Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition Beta1

How come when compiling Crafty, windows.h isn't included in the ./include
folder? I had to copy that and dozens of others from my VC98 (6.0) ./include
folder to compile Crafty.

Also, what does everyone use for optimizations? /G7 doesn't work??
