Analyzing several lines with CM9_SKR says that best play is probably:

18...Kb5 19.Qf7 Qd4! 20.Qf3! Rd8 21.Be3 Bg4 22.Bxd4 Bxf3 23.gxf3 exd4 24.Bxb7
N8c6 25.Bxa8 Rxa8 26.0-0-0 Nxa1 27.Kb1 Nab4 28.h4 Rg8 29.Rdg1

and White's unopposed kingside pawns will probably win, but it's still unclear.
