Klaus, as I have already stated elsewhere in this thread (and in personal
correspondence with you), my reason for preferring not to use the UCI version of
List 5.12 has nothing to do with List itself; it is because Chessbase's UCI
support is buggy. Sometimes not enough memory is allocated for hash tables; the
clock always starts before the UCI engine has finished initialising. If these
problems are fixed in Fritz 9 I'll keep quiet.
