Hi Steve, The ACE file is an archive format that obviously is not supported by your archiving program! Download a free version of WinRAR,install it and it will open it for you without jumping over the file! :-) P.S.With what format do you receive a new sets for your dedicated chess babies.....oppps,a stuiped question ;-)
