Unfortunately, it's an incredible amount of work to get a half-way decent
(e.g., accurate to 100 rating points) rating of a chess program, and even
then, it depends on what situation you are talking about.

However, here are some results on the "CCR 1-hour test" on a 66 MHz 601,
which is roughly comparable to your 100 MHz 603e. These ratings might
be within 200 points of "truth" for G/30. Speed Doubler was used for
68K programs (marked with "*"), and it made a LOT of difference (speedup
of factor 3-5).
