Subject: How good is the advanced Chess Mentor series for studying strategy?

I want to study and improve my middlegame playing especially with regard to
positional play.  How useful are the variety of advanced Chess Mentor series for
difficulty 4-6 for an 1840 UCSF player?  Are there good examples and detailed
explanations for understanding positional play?  Thanks, David Ilfeld
