Do you think all engine authors should do this? I don't recall any other authors
complaining about which book users are using in their testing. Perhaps, if he
feels this strongly about it, he should do as the author of Spike does, build
the opening book into the binary. As long as the binary and book are separate
files, users will continue to use books of their own choosing. :-)
