Simple.  And it has _nothing_ to do with playing engine-engine matches.  This
was done so that a user can make a specific opening book and play against it
themselves to practice/bone up on a specific type of opening.

Nothing more, nothing less.  Using such a book for engine-engine matches is
pointless...
