But what about the dirty work of doing nominations, weeding out trolls from nominations, doing elections, weeding out trolls from elections, notifying people who are nominated to create bios and moderation philosophies, posting same, responding to loads of emails asking for lost passwords, changed email addresses, answering questions from moderators, being concerned with possible legal liabilities, dealing with the ISP when there are technical problems, correcting problems on the board, reading all posts that are complained about, and perusing others to keep a handle on possible problems, etc., etc., etc.?
