This is where you add additional moderators to what CCC currently has and delegate more responsibility. Obviously, these folks could be waived from any sort of donation because they are already donating -- their time. I think if we're too concerned about nobody else being able to operate CCC we are losing the chance to ever improve it -- let alone keep it alive. Obviously $4,400.00 isn't going to happen through donations.. And if, by some miracle, it happens this first time around, do you really think it will happen again? It will be old news by the second year... We just need to put our heads together and change how things are done instead of bang them against the wall, changing nothing and assuming there is no one else and no other way to operate CCC. During the discussions to come, I certainly hope Steve understands that we are helping look for a solution and not trying to criticize or suggest anything negative. I've enjoyed being here for nearly as long as it has been operating and I've certainly gotten my fair share of use. Steve has done a very selfless thing for the last 3+ years and I know I speak for many others when I say it has been greatly, greatly appreciated. -elc.
