The 90nm Athlon 64s have just been released, so it'd be wise to wait on those. Not sure how much overclocking potential they have but it should be nice. The current Athlon 64 2.4GHz get up into the 2.6-2.7GHz range on air cooling with the 130nm process. Really looking forward to seeing the 90nm results.
