Subject: Dodgy opening line? Your thoughts requested.

In the game Aristarch 4.50 v CM10th Creep (which I’ll post later) from Super
Tournament III Final, this was the position once both came out of book. First of
all I’d like to know what theory considers the evaluation to be and secondly I’d
like to know your thoughts if you feel qualified to give them. Was CM10th Creep
undone by a dodgy opening line?

1.e4, c5; 2.Nf3, e6; 3.d4, cd; 4.Nxd4, Nf6; 5.Nc3, d6; 6.g4, h6; 7.h4, Nc6;
8.Rg1, h5; 9.gh, Nxh5; 10.Bg5, Nf6; 11.Qd2, Qb6; 12.Nb3, a6; 13.Be2, Bd7; 14.h5,
Nxh5; 15.Rh1, g6; 16.0-0-0, Qxf2; 17.e5, Qf5; 18.ed
