I made up such a pgn book but I do not have a place to post it. It is too big
36M for e-mail. If anyone has a site that I can upload it to I would be glad to
do so.

It uses only games from humans 2530+. I update it every 10 weeks using games
from TWIC. Draws 20 moves or less are deleted. Wins 30 moves or less are
deleted. Also deleted are blitz, blindfold, twins/duplicates and games with FEN.
