Sometimes an amount like $20 is "not really an issue" even for someone who can't afford it, since not so much canbe done with $20 anyway. But that doesn't mean he can really afford it. There could be over 100 things for which $20 should not really be an issue, but since many people can't afford $2000, so they just choose the bare necesities, such as internet connection, phone line etc. It's also interesting to find out what people really think CCC CTF is important for in their lives. You could even say that about 5 or 6 radio programs are very worthwhile to a person, so what's the problem of donating $20 to each of them so that they can continue. Just some ideas to answer your title question. S.Taylor
