I will not give you a precise order but:

- white is better, since black has a weak king side and has parted from the
important dark-square bishop for a minimal gain (a doubled pawn).
Just for this the position is at least +/-

- white has no hurry: all this aspects will not change soon, they are static
factors of the position

- white wants to speculat on the weakness of the dark squares and the king in
the middle

- withe the bishop pair white will like to open up the position hence f4 is
something I would like to play soner o later.

- g6 is also an invitation to plan f5 or h5 and open up a possibly king-side
castled king

- an idea is to play 9.f4 in you game or erlyear: 8.h3 and on 8...Nf6
9.Bh6 you prevent castling

- another idea is also to wait for black to move with 8.b4!?: white wants to
squeeze black further with b5 and prepares against the long-castrling. So the
king has to stayu in the middle: 8...Nf6 9.Bh6 Ng4 10.Bg5
if 10...Bf6 11.Bd2! with the idea of 12.h3 and balck is going down.
