Subject: are there chess servers that support touch-move rule?

In chess there is a rule that if you touch a piece you must move with it.

When people play in chess servers that rule does not exist.
I think that it is easy to change it by having a rule that in order to make a
move you need first to click only at some piece that you like to move and press
enter and after it to click at another square and click enter.

Are there chess servers that use that idea?
