That's a good idea, I think eventually I will publish two books (the current one
and one done with the criteria you suggest) and leave the choice to the user.

Thanks for the feedback, it's good to hear you liked the code! The PGN code is
very young and not the same quality as the input stuff, but it will become
better as I've more time to work on it. In the meanwhile, I've emailed the
current version to you and Uri.
