So, use a real board and transfer the moves to the PC.  And if you touch a
piece, force yourself to have to move it if possible.

This is the way I play online.  I even say "ja doube" out loud with no one else
at the board, if I need to adjust pieces... just practising good habits for real
OTB play. :-)
