I'm on dialup and there is no way I can upload it to any place. What I can do, is zip up the file and upload it to Peter Skinner's site and tell you how to create it form the pgn file. The file is CI0189na_cleaned.zip. It is about 12MB and contains every Chess Informant Game published fron Volume 1 to Volume 89, sans annotations, names, event, elo, eco, and everything else except "result" and "year" played. Everything was stripped to protect Chess Informant and to avoid any potential copyright issues. The purpose of the file is simply make a computer chess book. Once you have the file, grab Crafty 19.17 SE and from the program command prompt - issue the command "book create CI0189na_cleaned.txt 60 1 0" -- it will make a book from every move playd for 60 plies (30 moves into the game). Then you should make smaller book to help guide crafty -- issue the command "book create CI0189na_cleaned.txt 40 3 30 - it will take moves 40 ply deep, played at least 3 times and scoring 30%. That book will be couple of MB in size. Note: The nook creation process created here is NOT designed for computer vs computer play - it is designed for human vs computer to enable the human to play the most current opneing played today that are high quality, Chess Informant games make a nice book that has opening relevancy. The games chosen are typically chosen for their high quality value and contribution to opening theory. Best, Michael Byrne ps It has about 30 minutes to go on the upload.
