Fidelity Chess Computers are perhaps the most well known brand the world over, followed closely by Mephisto.. lesser known however, is the interesting factoid that several Fidelity Chess computers were manufactured in Germany and only made available to the European Market.. these would include: Playmatic "S" Grandmaster Voice Elite Private Poppy Challenger In addition, there are two controversial"modified" computers.. that seem to have gained general acceptance in Europe.. the Elite A/G V11(containing a 68060 processor).. and the RCS Granit "S"(a suped up SC12 running at 9 Mhz) these computers were not officially authorized Fidelity computers however and therefore are not to be confused with the "real Mccoys" Best Steve
