You need to make a small pseudo-pgn file that looks like this:
[Site ""]
e4 {play 40%}
[Site ""]
d4 {play 30%}
[Site ""]
c4 {play 15%}
[Site ""]
Nf3 {play 10%}
[Site ""]
f4 {play 5%}
The "Site" tag is enough for Crafty to separate each of those into a separate
"game"...
