I'm not to sure about that either.

Considering it a draw by repetition basicly disables nullmove when you're ahead
and the opponent plays a reversable move.

OTOH not considering it a draw doesn't seem correct either.

Maybe not allowing a nullmove if it would lead to a repetition ?
