If a verification search fails, it would mean reciprocal zugzwang in the initial
position. Perhaps a sign that nullmove should be turned off in the entire
(sub)tree? I'm not sure the search should be extended here. Let's first get a
good score by searching without nullmove! The fact that the zugzwang is detected
means that the search depth is already sufficient
