But passed pawn scoring has not changed. I have a bunch of games to go over when I have time, perhaps I will notice some sort of trend. One has to be _very_ careful here since a passed pawn is not a granite-solid thing, it can be lost very quickly and if you give up something to establish the pawn, only to see it evaporate, it can be a killer mistake... If you have specific games in mind, feel free to point them out, or if you have posted them let me know and I'll look...
