I think that this shows how important is to test against a wide range of programs in order to get an overall picture of performance. A poor performance against one program in particular may mean little overall. It is also important that matches against other programs be of such length to lessen the margin of error. All put together once finished, you should have a fairly reliable comparison. Graham.
