That's right and I do have that state in my program (which I call "waiting"),
but I decided to collapse "observing" and "waiting" to make the diagram a bit
lighter. Unfortunately I forgot to put the corresponding note so now the diagram
is yes lighter but also slightly incorrect... I'll try to fix this as soon as
possible!
