Hi Derek,
I tried your book and let me remark that you can't rewrite theory
unpunished. To 1. e4 g5?? is the only move there and even me with my
limited chess knowledge can refute it. I know that my machine is slow
and the time control was only 40/40 but I repeat: 1...g5?? is a very
bad move.
