Subject: Why not Shredder in Bilbao??

Any reason for this?  It would seem the top engine in the SSDF and runner up for
the WCCC2004 should be in the event,

however Peter Skinner stated that shredder 8 routinely or i should say 'easily'
gets spanked on ICC, maybe SMK knows its weakness vs humans and decided not to
join?

or there is probably another reason.
