No single event is "significant" in Elo terms if you are a pessimist and hoping
for a result different from that which occured.  The same is true if you are an
optimist and hoping for a result which is different from what actually happened.
 It takes several insignificant events to become significant.  Some people can
already see the trend, others cannot.
