The program is not close to being perfect in 1 second and in most positions the right move is some sacrifice that is impossible to find by luck. There may be small number of cases when the program found the right move by luck but common sense can tell you that there should be more cases that it can find the right move in 10 seconds when it did not find it in 1 second.
