Subject: FICS & SmarThink

I registered SmarThink at FICS server. At Arena "computer account" flag was set
but unfortunately I read rules not carefully (I must contact FICS team to create
computer account) and the result was including ST in rating banlist. I tried to
contact FICS computer team to resolve problem but there are no reply for 1 week
:((

Do anyone have the same problem or expirience of resolving it?
