It definitely isn't on a P166. This is one of the strangest things I see on ICC (and other servers). First we had humans using a computer to cheat. Now we have humans using a computer legally with a (C) on their handle, but they exaggerate their hardware. IE we had one guy claiming to be on a 386/25 last summer. I don't get this. IE I as a programmer might be tempted to make such a claim if I were selling a program, as it would make it look stronger than it is if I claimed a P5/133 while running on a PII/450. But for someone that buys a commercial program and then runs it on a fast machine while claiming it is a slow machine, I guess I just don't "get it"....
