I don't think that will work because Crafty is using the Chessbase books.  It
will use any of the XXX.ctg books (Fritz 5.32-general.ctg,Nimzo 99-nzbook.ctg or
Junior 5--Jun-book.ctg).  I have been using it with the Fritz 5.32 book.  I
think it's the largest of the three.
