Well, that is really professional. You receive the box and then you fill it with specific items chosen one by one...Only mass market people expect to get something inside the cardbox. Pre-made, average, etc. Come on, make a bet. I am prepared to expend 1000 for a empty box and 2000 for just the brochure. That's a knife... Fernando
