After second review, I wanted to make sure it was understood that I was talking
about *ANYONE* who purposely tunes their engine against a competitor, not
Christophe himself -- as the original thread subject may suggest.

In fact, from past discussions here, I know Christophe feels much of the same
way about such maneuvers.
