I can only say that
nobody asked me for explicit permission to release movei as part of a commercial
product.

People only asked me if I plan to release a new free version in the future and I
said yes.

I may release commercial version in the future but there is going to be at least
one free version before it.

I do not know if the version that they sell is the public version or a later
version that I sent privately to other people.
