It is possible the seller doesn't have a clue, so just letting him know his merchandise is not "public domain" would be a first step. If he still doesn't get it, you could consider getting a lawyer to send him a letter spelling it out for him more clearly ;-). Re eBay, if you tell them the merchandise was mis-represented, they might take action, but I wouldn't bet on it. --Jon
