What do you suggest authors to do to protect their engines?

Do you suggest to go to the following link
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/index.html
and later to the following link by choosing:
"report a listing policy violation or prohibited item"
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/report_listing.html

What exactly do you suggest to choose there?
