They are in an .eng file which if you have Pro Deo installed in the Lokasoft environment you can find in the folder called "Personal". On My computer that is in D:\Programma's\REBELWINDOWS\engines\ProDeo\personal The .eng files can be easily opened and edited in your favorite text-editor. If you use Pro Deo in Winboard, the location of .eng file and operating procedures may be a little different but not where the alternative engine parameters are concerned.
