Is there anyone who knows if there is any possibilities to ever see the ProDeo engine running under Linux ? For example, it may possible to use it with Xboard (http://www.tim-mann.org/xboard.html) interface (the linux version of Winboard, which already is compatible with ProDeo). I may be wrong, but it seems to me that the two will be natural complements and will make a really nice chess software for people running under Linux... I don't know in which programming language ProDeo is written, but unless it something really unusual, it should not be very complex to recompile it to run on a Linux OS. Since many other engines have been compile on both system, it may be possible to do it with ProDeo... Let's hope! Carl
