They are just epd files.  Manfred Rosenboom's home page has all of those, I
think.

You can find some epd stuff at my ftp site:
ftp://38.168.214.175/pub

I added a new EPD directory for subfiles.

To understand EPD, get a copy of the PGN standard.
You should get epd2diag or some similar tool to look at it.
