It is not a diss to say this was not the best game ever play. It is only the truth. The point is no one would ever remember 24.Rxd4 or this game if GM Topalov would have played the correct 24..Kb6. This is the point. Which proves it was not a great move or game. It was the Best Greatest Mistake by GM Topalov, not the BGEP in the history of chess.
